Our contact database and why you receive emails from us?

We maintain a database of contact information, which includes email addresses. Our database has been created, and is periodically updates, through a variety of sources. We use our contact database to communicate with our contacts.

Inclusion in our contact database and any email-based communication is permission based. If you received an email from us, our records indicate that you have either "opted" in and selected to be included, or you generally provided your contact information to Hyperion and have not "opted out" of receiving emails from us.
