Law firm management, often referred to as case management, encompasses the full range of legal practice activities within a law firm. The fundamental objective of case management is to organize the interrelated but often separately managed components of legal work and law firm business management in an integrated environment. Includes litigation and transactional practices. The goal is to improve process efficiency, effectiveness and risk management of the law practice.
