Synopsis

Anaqua was founded in 2004, however the ANAQUA product has it's roots back to 2000/01 when it was an in-house system for Ford Global Technologies and British American Tobacco.  Since coming to the commercial market, ANAQUA has undergone a complete redesign and technology upgrade, and is Microsoft .NET architecture (Microsoft Certified).  

The ANAQUA Enterprise 6.6 system is marketed to medium and large sized organizations requiring an integrated system for managing inventions, patents, trademarks and other related matters (such as conflicts, agreements/licensing, and e-billing.)  Core design elements of ANAQUA include a workflow engine, and collaboration capabilities including document management (or ability to interface to existing DMS solutions).

For implementation, the ANAQUA Enterprise solution is offered either as hosted or in-house deployment. ANAQUA Enterprise provides off-the-shelf features and client-specific configuration. Anaqua provides annuity payment services through its recent merger with SGA2; in addition Anaqua also works with other service providers through predefined data exchange interfaces.
