Document Management, also known as Enterprise Content Management or ECM, is an increasingly important focus for both corporate law departments and law firms. Driven by an increased reliance on electronic based information in all facets of the legal practice, organizations are seeking more holistic solutions that cover all document types, from emails through OFFICE based documents, as well as increasingly electronically stored information (ESI) in text messages, instant messages and voice mails.
